About Us

We started Felix Spirits in 2022 with the dream of building a brand focused on unique and innovative spirits in Ontario. Founded by Nic Burton after attending the Niagara College Artisanal Distilling Program, he saw an opportunity to create best in-class whiskies by blending some of the creative products from existing craft distilleries. 

Today, the dream is alive and well, and we're expanding throughout Ontario. One-day, we look forward to opening the doors to a fully fledged distillery for you to enjoy.
